Each bottle of WAR MUSCLE contains:

Consuming 4 bottles (½ gallon) provides:
- 5.0 g Creatine

War Muscle Powder Sticks (Pre-Portioned)
Each stick = one bottle’s worth of ergogenics:

If you drink fewer than 4 bottles, add the exact number of sticks to your FINAL bottle of the day (do not distribute sticks across other bottles) to hit the daily totals.
How to Use
You can drink anywhere from 1 to 4 bottles per day.
- Drink 4 bottles: you’re done — no sticks needed.
- Drink fewer than 4: add sticks ONLY to your final bottle to make up the bottles you didn’t drink.
